EPL Terms & Conditions

ALL EPL products have well defined operational capabilities which are described in each product owner’s manual and/or ICD.

EPL product payment terms are NET 30 after delivery unless other payment schedules have been separately negotiated.

Customer requests outside standard operational product capabilities can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis but will incut additional design, fabrication, and testing costs.

EPL provides reasonable post-purchase product support at no costs. However, if such support involves detailed end product application discussions, EPL will assess a consulting cost at a TBD rate.
